What do I need to do as a CLASSONE online tutor?
Your main task will be to teach your child language and word recognition in a fun online video course with 1 to 1 instruction. At the end of the course, you will assess the child’s performance according to set guidelines. You can also enroll in free training courses to improve your knowledge and skills in teaching language creativity.
Do CLASSONE's online tutors have free training programs?
Yes. CLASSONE will periodically hold free online trainings to upgrade teachers’ skills and pass our professional certification. This means that you can undertake our professional training program at no cost to you.
What kind of commitment is required to teach at CLASSONE?
To become our teacher, you need to sign a contract with the company for at least 1 year. However, we do not have a requirement for cumulative hours of teaching, so you can choose the length of time you want to teach according to your situation.
Do I need to design my own lesson plans?
You don’t need to design a lesson plan; CLASSONE provides the materials for each child. All you have to do is study the exclusive YELAOSHR materials and start teaching as soon as the student books your course. Teaching is easy and fun, and you only need to use the teaching aids we provide, such as pictures or educational toys, to make your lessons more engaging and personalized.
How much income can I earn?
It will depend on how much you want to earn. Top performing CLASSONE teachers earn an average of at least MR 3,500 per month, and you can be one of them!
Note: Revenue is calculated based on the number of lessons completed and performance. The more teaching slots you accumulate, the higher your chances of being booked. It is recommended that you open slots in the evenings and weekends as these are the peak times when most learners book their lessons. If your teaching style is very popular, more students and parents will book your lessons! The amount you earn per lesson will depend on your teaching level, which means the higher your level, the more you can earn!
