The course progress is determined by the results of the pre-assessment your child completes upon registration. We do not align the course with the school curriculum, but instead, we assess which level your child should start at based on their test results.

Does my child need to complete homework?
We do not assign additional homework. All learning is covered during the lesson, and your child can use the replay feature to review the material after class.

We provide personalized learning plans for each child based on their individual needs. For children with special learning requirements, teachers offer extra support to help them overcome challenges.
Class Times and Schedules
How long is each lesson?
Each lesson lasts 25 minutes or 50 minutes to ensure efficient learning while maintaining the child’s attention.

Our courses are flexible and can be arranged as long-term or short-term, typically consisting of 24 lessons over 3 months for a semester.

Can my child make up missed lessons?
If your child misses a lesson due to a special circumstance, you can contact customer service to arrange a make-up lesson to ensure your child doesn’t fall behind.
How do I sign up and start the lessons?
Parents need to contact our team to sign up. Afterward, we will communicate with you to arrange a suitable class time, and you will receive the course schedule and details to ensure a smooth start.
If my child doesn’t like a particular course, can they switch subjects?
If your child is not interested or struggling with a specific course, we can adjust the course subject according to your child’s preferences and needs to provide more suitable content.

After registration, we will assign a fixed class time for your child. If there are any special circumstances that prevent attendance, please inform us in advance, and we will try to reschedule the class or provide a makeup lesson.

Fees and Refund Policy
How much do your courses cost?
We offer two trial lessons for RM98. After the trial lessons, parents can decide whether to continue with the regular course.
Can I get a refund if my child doesn’t adapt after the trial lessons?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds after the trial lessons. However, you can decide whether to continue with the regular course based on the trial experience. If you have any questions or need adjustments, feel free to contact us for assistance.
Our pricing structure is transparent. The tutoring fee is RM960 for 24 lessons. Additionally, there is an RM100 registration fee for the platform. Unless you choose extra languages or services, there are no hidden fees.
Are there any discounts for long-term learning plans?
We occasionally offer discounts or promotions for long-term learning plans. Please contact our customer service team to inquire about the latest offers.
How do I pay for the course fees?
We use the OxPay platform for payments. Parents will receive a billing statement after registration and can pay through OxPay using various payment methods.
Do you have a refund policy for courses?
We offer a no-refund policy once the lessons have started. If there are any issues with the course, we will work closely with you to resolve them.

What equipment does my child need to take the course?
Your child will need a device with internet access (such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone) and a stable internet connection. Our platform is compatible with most devices that support video and audio.

Currently, we do not offer official certificates, but parents will receive a detailed learning report that outlines their child’s progress, achievements, and future directions.
